At approximately 2:40am this morning, police responded to a north end residence for reports of a home invasion. Two male parties forced open the door to the home and assaulted one of the parties inside before fleeing on foot with a third involved person.
Police have identified one of the males as 33 year old Daniel CORLETT. CORLETT is charged with a long list of offences including Break and Enter, Assault with a Weapon, Point Firearm, Possession of a Firearm while Prohibited, and numerous Fail to Comply offences. He is also a suspect in a second residential Break and Enter incident that occurred overnight. CORLETT remains outstanding and a warrant is being sought. Police have not identified the second male involved and are seeking the public’s assistance.
