St. Thomas, ON – Monday September 22nd, 2025
A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to an address on the southside of the city Sunday night.
Just before 10:00 p.m. a 9-1-1 call reported the accused was at the address and was in possession of a pellet gun.
Upon arrival, officers located the individual seated in a parked vehicle, with the pellet gun.
Investigation revealed that the accused was bound by conditions set on September 17th 2025, prohibiting them from attending the address of the call and from possessing any weapons as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada.
As a result, the 29 year old has been charged with:

Two counts of Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other than to Attend Court
The individual was transported to police headquarters, processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25017283
