Break and Enter
St. Thomas Police attended the downtown area for a Break and Enter. The same location had been targeted a few days prior, and arrests were made. The incident is still under investigation. ST25015762

Theft
St. Thomas Police attended a west end business for a report of theft. The suspect entered the store, selected two alcoholic beverages, and left without paying. Video is being reviewed, and the incident is still under investigation. ST25015779
Mischief
St. Thomas Police were called to a location, just north of the downtown area for damage to property. The north pavilion sustained damage to the roof. Video is being reviewed, and the incident is still under investigation. ST25015713
Vehicle Entries
St. Thomas Police are investigating multiple vehicle entries, that occurred overnight just north of the downtown area. Neither vehicle had any damages, and both complainants had their wallets stolen from inside the vehicle. ST25015775 ST25015776

Intimate Partner Violence
A 37-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested after phoning to report being in an argument with an ex-partner, that they were on conditions to not be around or communicate with. The ex-partner phoned police a short time later, and reported the individual had additionally entered the home, and refused to leave. As a result of the investigation the individual was charged with Failing to Comply with Undertaking, and Unlawfully in a dwelling. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters for processing and held for a court appearance. ST25015769
Warrant Arrests
A 37-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested on the strength of two outstanding warrants. Officers located the individual at a local storage unit facility. The outstanding warrants stemmed from incidents in November of 2024, and June of 2025. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters for processing and held for a court appearance. St. Thomas Police, on general patrol, located a 39-year-old St. Thomas resident that was currently wanted on multiple outstanding warrants. The charges stemming from incidents earlier this year. Impaired/Prohibited Driving/Possession of Stolen Property and Stolen Vehicle Recovered
St. Thomas Police respond to a possible impaired driver, when a witness reported a driver, slouched over the wheel of a motor vehicle. Upon police arrival, the driver had exited the vehicle and was walking away. A query of the vehicle, revealed it was stolen. The driver was arrested, still in possession of the keys, and the vehicle owner’s credit cards. Further investigation revealed the driver was also impaired, and prohibited from driving under the Criminal Code. The 38-year-old St. Thomas resident was charged with Operation while Impaired, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000.
