Body Located in Water Identified as Missing Person
St. Thomas, ON – Friday, April 3, 2026
The St. Thomas Police Service is confirming that a body located in the water at Waterworks Park earlier today has been identified as Ruhirwa Nzabonimpa, who had previously been reported missing.
At this time, the death is not believed to be suspicious, and foul play is not suspected
Our thoughts are with Ruhirwa’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
