The St. Thomas Police Service is excited to announce an upcoming event that aims to make a significant impact on the lives of local students. Along with our dedicated community partners at Doug Tarry Homes, Geerlinks Home Hardware and Impressions Printing, we are proud to announce this years ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive’
This initiative is designed to equip every student in St. Thomas with the essential resources and supplies they need for a successful start to the upcoming school year.
Our mission is clear: to ensure that every student has the tools they require to thrive in their classrooms and achieve their full potential. With the generous support of our community members, we believe that we can create a positive and lasting impact on the education and future of our young learners.
The ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive’ will take place at Walmart, located at 1063 Talbot Street, on Wednesday August 21st, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm. Members of the St. Thomas Police Service, Doug Tarry Homes and Geerlinks Home Hardware will be at the event ready to accept generous donations of school supplies.
The ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive’ reflects the heart of our community and demonstrates the collective power of working together for a common cause. We wholeheartedly invite everyone to join us on August 21st and help us ensure that every child in St. Thomas begins the school year with confidence and enthusiasm.
