Arrests made in violent assault at Victor Drive

St. Thomas, ON (July 21st, 2023)

Four St. Thomas residents have been arrested and charged following an investigation of the violent assault that occurred at the Victor Drive Encampment on July 18th, 2023.

In the early morning hours of July 18th, 2023 St. Thomas police responded to the area of 45 Victor Drive to investigate the report of an assault. Through investigation it was learned that a St. Thomas resident had been violently assaulted with a weapon. The victim was transported to hospital by EMS with serious injuries.

As a result:

32 year old, Lisa Bradford has been charged with one count Robbery with Violence.

38 year old, Jonathan Margetts has been charged with one count Robbery with Weapon and one count Assault with a Weapon

36 year old, Chandell Mordush has been charged with one count Robbery with Violence

30 year old, Jordan Pineda has been charged with one count Robbery with Weapon and one count Assault Cause Bodily Harm

All four St. Thomas residents were taken into custody, processed and held for court.

As a result of their court appearances:

Lisa Bradford, Jonathan Margetts and Jordan Pineda have been remanded into custody.

Mordush was released by the courts on a release order.
