The St. Thomas Police Service has laid additional criminal charges against 57 year old Steven Perry of St. Thomas following the continuation of a sexual assault investigation.
Following the public release issued on June 23, 2026, a total of 10 complainants have come forward.
As a result, investigators have laid the following additional criminal charges:
- Nine counts of Sexual Assault
- Two counts of Sexual Exploitation
Perry was arrested at police headquarters this morning, processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date.
Investigators continue to seek information regarding any unreported matters.
Anyone who has information that may assist investigators, or who believes they may have had contact with the accused in circumstances relevant to these investigations, is encouraged to contact the St. Thomas Police Service Criminal Investigations Division at 519-631-1224.
