Two vehicle entries have been reported to police.
Bank cards, loose change and lottery tickets were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on Metcalfe Street. ST26017915

Theft Investigations
A black and grey Graco stroller, valued at approximately $700, was reported stolen from the hallway of an apartment building on Manor Road. ST26017957
A black Genesis mountain bike with blue accents was reported stolen from a bike rack at a Wellington Street plaza. ST26017974
Two packages, valued at approximately $50, were reported stolen from an apartment building on Talbot Street. ST26017980
Mischief
STPS are investigating separate reports of damage caused to vehicles.
All four tires of a vehicle parked on East Street were reported slashed in the overnight hours. ST26017904
The owner of a vehicle parked on Manor Road reported the window had been damaged with permanent marker. ST26017956
Both incidents remain under investigation.
Uttering Threats
Police are investigating after a youth was threatened by an adult on Wednesday morning. It was reported that while walking with friends, the accused threatened them. As a result, a 63 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with one count of Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST26017912
Fraud
A St. Thomas resident is out $500 after falling victim to a gift card scam. On Wednesday, the victim received a phone call from an individual claiming to represent from their bank and that their bank card had been declined. The victim was instructed to purchase Apple gift cards to “unlock” the card. A $500 gift card was purchased and the card information provided to the caller. ST26017940
RIDE
Of the vehicles stopped and drivers spoken to during a RIDE event last night, six drivers were required to provide breath samples, all registering a pass.
One driver performed poorly during a Standard Field Sobriety Test. The driver was arrested for Impaired Operation and transported to police headquarters for further testing by a Drug Recognition Expert. Following the evaluation, the driver was released unconditionally. ST26017985/7988
