Theft Investigations
Police responded to a business in the industrial area of the City regarding a theft of a dump trailer overnight. The trailer is valued at $14 000.oo with a licence plate of “V3752S.” Police have obtained video footage and the matter is under investigation. ST26014565
Police attended a business in the downtown core after a female suspect left the store without paying for a pair of converse shoes valued at $74.50. The matter is currently under investigation. ST26014583
Police spoke with a City employee reporting the theft of a weed trimmer from a walking pathway near the downtown core. The trimmer had been set down on the path while workers mowed the nearby lawn and they returned to find the trimmer had been stolen. The matter is currently under investigation. ST26014592
Warrant Arrest
Police arrested a 79-year-old male who attended the station to turn himself in on charges of historical Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. The male was released on an Undertaking. ST26014570
