Description:
– Race: White
– Height: 157cm
– Build: Thin
– Hair Colour: Light Brown
– Last seen wearing: Dark pants and a dark shirt
Moe was reported missing on April 17th and was believed to be in St. Thomas at that time.
Family and police are concerned for Moe’s welfare.
