Assault Arrest
A 33-year-old St. Thomas resident has been arrested on an outstanding Assault charge. The incident took place on the 19th of April at the Hospital, where the accused assaulted staff. Intimate Partner Violence/Family Dispute/Resist Arrest
St. Thomas Police attended a South side residential building for a Disturbance. A witness reported a physical altercation took place between an adult and a child, then yelling and banging coming from inside the unit. Upon police arrival a 40-year-old St. Thomas resident was located inside the unit, who was on conditions to not be there, from a previous domestic incident. When Police went to arrest the individual, they immediately positioned themselves in a position to resist. As a result of the investigation, the individual was charged with 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking, and Resist Peace Officer. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters for processing, and later released with a future court date. ST26007030
