St. Thomas, ON – Monday November 10th 2025
A 35 year old St. Thomas woman has been remanded into custody after several incidents over the weekend.
Police first attended a residence on Saturday November 8th, following the report of a stolen vehicle. The individual was identified and charged with:

Fail to Comply with an Undertaking

Unlawfully in a Dwelling

Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000

Fail to Comply with a Probation Order
The same evening police located the individual in the stolen vehicle in a public parking lot. The accused was found to be impaired and in possession of a controlled substance.
As a result, she was arrested and charged with:

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

Operation While Impaired by Drugs

Possession of a Schedule II Substance
The 35 year old was processed at police headquarters and later released on an undertaking with a future court date.
On Sunday November 9th, police were called to the same address of the original complaint for the report of the woman inside the address without permission, contrary to an active undertaking and probation conditions. Attending officers located the individual inside the residence and took her into custody.
During processing at police headquarters, it was determined that she was in possession of property belonging to the resident without consent and was subsequently charged with:
