St. Thomas Police officers attended London Police headquarters and took custody of a 36-year-old London resident who had been wanted on a St. Thomas Police arrest warrant. This person was later released by police with conditions and a future court date. The warrant was issued due to a shoplifting incident that had occurred in St. Thomas.

St. Thomas Police officers attended London Police headquarters a second time and took custody of a 31-year-old London resident who had been wanted on a St. Thomas Police arrest warrant. This person was later released by police with conditions and a future court date. The warrant was issued due to the same shoplifting incident listed above as well as breaching a condition of a probation order.

A 51-year-old London resident was arrested and charged after they failed to stop for police yesterday. The accused person is now charged with two criminal offences of driving while disqualified and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. This accused person is also charged with four Highway Traffic Act offences of driving on a closed road, failure to stop for a stop sign, driving while under suspension and failing to stop for a police officer. This individual was later released with conditions and a future court date. Ref#ST23017913.

St. Thomas Police officers attended a south end address regarding some damage to property. Through further investigation a 36-year-old London resident is wanted in relation to a mischief to property and an assault. This continues to be under investigation. Ref#ST23017931.

A 34-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant. This warrant was issued for failing to comply with a condition of a probation order. This person was released with a future court date.

St. Thomas Police officers recovered a stolen vehicle from the 1063 Talbot Street business park. Through further investigation, a 43-year-old London resident has been arrested and charged with possession of stolen property over $5000, 4 counts of failing to comply with a court release order, operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited by the criminal code, and possession of a prohibited device(brass knuckles). This person was held in custody for a court appearance. A 35-year-old London resident was also questioned by police relating to this incident, this individual provided police with a false name, therefore this person is wanted by police for obstruction of justice. St. Thomas Police officers attended a single motor vehicle collision on Mandeville Road. As a result of the investigation, a 42-year-old St. Thomas resident was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. Ref#ST23017950.
