The St. Thomas Police Service is currently investigating a stolen vehicle incident where sometime between August 17th and 22nd, a Green 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 quad cab was taken from an address on the west end of the city. Personalized Ontario license plate MOUSSA1 was attached to the truck at the time and the truck box contained a number of tools.
