St. Thomas, ON – Serious Collision, Results in Death 
Tuesday February 13th 2024 – Update (3/3)

A 75 year old St. Thomas resident has succumbed to their injuries after a serious collision. On Monday February 12th 2024, at approximatively 3:20 p.m. members of the St. Thomas Police Service were called to a motor vehicle collision that took place at the intersection of Talbot Street and Manitoba Street involving a female pedestrian and a school bus.

The pedestrian, identified as 75 year old Elizabeth Anderson was transported to hospital by paramedic services with life threatening injuries and has since succumbed to those injuries in hospital.

Monday February 12th 2024 – Update (2/3)

The intersection of Talbot Street and Manitoba Street has re-opened following a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to a hospital in London with serious, life threatening injuries. This remains an active investigation and the STPS will provide further updates when more information is available. ST24002235

Members of the St. Thomas Police Service are currently investigating a collision that took place on Talbot Street this afternoon.
Talbot Street is closed from Manitoba Street to Alma Street. STPS is asking the community to please avoid the area. Talbot Street will remain closed until the investigation is complete. ST24002235
