Criminal harassment
A 32 year old Port Stanley resident is wanted by our service for 1 count of Criminal Harassment after police were called to investigate unwanted communication between two parties, known to each other. Through investigation it was learned that the unwanted communication had occurred on several occasions. As a result of the investigation, police formed grounds to charge the accused and a warrant has been requested. ST23008263
Cash stolen from garden center
$580 in cash has been reported stolen from a retail store cash register. On Tuesday May 16th 2023, St. Thomas police were called to a local retail store to investigate a theft that had occurred. Through investigation it was learned that at approximately 1:45 p.m. two people entered the garden center of the retail store, went directly to the cash register, opened it and removed the cash before leaving the store. The first suspect is described as wearing a Houston Astros hat, blue sweater, black fanny pack, black glasses with a black face mask. The second suspect is described as having dark hair, wearing dark pants, white hat, jean jacket, with a black shirt. Police are reviewing video surveillance and continue to investigate. ST23008291
Stolen Meat
St. Thomas Police are looking to identify a suspect responsible for a theft at a local grocery store. On Tuesday May 16th 2023, police were called to investigate the theft of chicken and pork. The suspect is described as a male in his 30’s wearing a black CAT sweater, brown ball cap and sunglasses. The suspect has tattoos on both arms and was last seen leaving the area on a green bicycle. Warrant
A 28 year old London resident has been arrested on an outstanding warrant held by our service. On Tuesday May 16th 2023, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for 1 count of Assault.
