Intimate Partner ViolenceĀ 

A 46 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested following a disturbance on the southside of the city, Sunday evening. Just after 8:30 p.m. officers were called to the address for the report of an argument between spouses. While speaking to the parties involved, officers learned the 46 year old woman is currently on release conditions to not communicate with their spouse stemming from an incident in December. Additionally, the accused had physically assaulted their partner prior to police arrival. Charged with two counts of Assault and one count of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, she was transported to police headquarters, processed and held for court. ST26009470

Warrant Arrest

A 36 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Sunday, officers on community patrol located the accused in the presence of an individual they are currently on release conditions to not communicate with. Through investigation, officers learned he was wanted by our service for two counts of Failure to Comply with Undertaking stemming from an incident on May 14th. Charged with an additional two counts of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, he was transported to police headquarters where he was processed on all charges and held to attend court. Theft

An amazon package valued at approximately $32.00 has been reported stolen from an address on Manitoba Street. On Sunday, officers attended the address to investigate the report of the theft that occurred between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. Sunday morning. ST26009442

FraudĀ 

St. Thomas police are investigating the report of fraud. On Sunday officers were called after a local resident was made aware of approximately $400 in unauthorized transactions from their bank account. This remains under investigation. ST26009430
