Theft

Police attended a retail establishment in the 1063 block of Talbot Street for the report of a female party that had stolen approximately $400.00 worth of grocery items before leaving in a vehicle. Video is being reviewed and the matter is under investigation at this time. ST26012166

Arrest

Police attended an address in the south end of the City to arrest a St. Thomas resident for Criminal Harassment on behalf of the Huron County OPP. The resident was released on an Undertaking with a future court date. ST26012167

Robbery

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in the south end of the City. Police were contacted by a London resident who attended the City of St. Thomas for a Facebook Marketplace interaction. The male party presented the item he was selling to a local male party who then brandished a knife and stole the item before fleeing the area. The item was later recovered by the victim who did not sustain any injuries. This matter is under investigation at this time. ST26012177

Mischief

Police were called to an address in the south end of the City for the report of a St. Thomas resident throwing items from their bedroom window onto a neighboring property. As a result of the investigation, a warrant application has been sought for their arrest for one count of Mischief under $5000.00. ST26012181

Break and Enter

Police are investigating after an unknown person entered a commercial compound in the north end of the City and cut the security seals from 4 transport trucks. No items were believed to have been taken at this time. The scene was processed and this matter is under investigation. ST26012186

Theft

Police attended a retail establishment in the 1063 block of Talbot Street for the report of a male party that had stolen approximately $127.00 worth of dog chew bones before leaving the area on a bicycle. Video is being reviewed and the matter is under investigation at this time. ST26012188

Bail Violations

Police were contacted by Recovery Science who advised a 26-year-old male subject to GPS monitoring had attended a downtown address despite being on court-ordered conditions not to do so. Police located the male and placed him under arrest for Fail to Comply with Release Order. The male was held in custody for a morning court appearance. ST26012192
