Assault
St. Thomas police are currently investigating an assault. On Wednesday November 15th 2023, officers were called to a downtown address to respond to a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned an altercation between two people had turned physical. EMS transported one of the parties involved to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. Theft
32 year old Juan Currie is wanted by police after being identified as the person responsible for a theft that occurred from a retail store on Talbot Street on November 15th 2023. Currie has been charged with one count Theft under $5,000 and one count Failure to comply with probation order. ST23020178
A Norco Fluid bike has been reported stolen. On Thursday November 16th 2023, STPS were called to investigate the theft that occurred from a Talbot Street restaurant. It was reported that the owner of the bike secured it in a locked area and attended their shift. The victim went to retrieve their bike upon completion of their shift, only to find it had been stolen. A photo of the bike can be seen below. This remains under investigation. ST23020265
Found Bike
A blue Super Cycle mountain bike has been recovered by police. On Thursday November 16th 2023, officers were called to a Morrison Drive address to recover the bike that had been left on the property by an unknown person the day previous. Arrested
A 33 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Thursday November 16th 2023, St. Thomas police were called to investigate the report of an individual in breach of their release conditions. The individual, known to police was located and charged with one count failure to comply with probation order. The 33 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST23020261
45 year old Kerri Webber has been arrested. On Thursday November 16th 2023, officers on community patrol located Webber who was known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with our service for a break and enter incident on November 2nd. Webber was transported to police headquarters and processed on the charges. She was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST23020264

- A vehicle on Glanworth Avenue was entered in the overnight hours of November 15th 2023. No damage to the vehicle was reported and small amount of change and a lanyard had been taken. ST23020202
