Warrant Arrests
On Sunday morning while on an unrelated call for service, police located a 30 year old St. Thomas resident known by police to be wanted for failing to attend court. The female was arrested without incident and transported to police headquarters where she was later released by the courts. ST23019953
Shortly after midnight on Monday, members of the Middlesex OPP arrested a 47 year old male on the strength of a bench warrant held by the STPS. The male failed to attend court to answer to the charges of Theft Over $5000 x 2. The male was transported to STPS headquarters where he was later released with a future court date. ST23020001
Just before 1am on Monday, officers on general patrol located a 34 year old St. Thomas man, known by police to be wanted on a bench warrant held by the STPS. The accused had failed to attend court to answer to two charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order. Due to medical concerns, the accused was transported to the hospital and was released with a future court date. ST23020002
