St. Thomas police are investigating after two vehicles were entered while parked in a driveway on Sunset Drive overnight on Sunday. A spare vehicle key was reported stolen. ST26018338

Vehicle Entry Investigation Leads to Arrest
A 37 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested in connection to several vehicle entries being investigated by STPS. Officers located the accused on Monday evening. During a search following his arrest, police located four bank cards that had been reported stolen in separate incidents over the weekend. Charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, the 37 year old was processed and held to attend court. ST26018348 / ST26018419 / T26018429
STPS have arrested a second individual in connection with the same vehicle entry investigation. On Monday evening, officers located a 34 year old St. Thomas woman who was also charged with Possession of Stolen Property, two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card and Theft Under $5,000. She was transported to police headquarters and held for court. ST26018421
Disturbance Leads to Charges
A 34 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested following a disturbance, Monday morning. Officers attended the address provided and while checking on the safety of those inside, officers located the accused who was known to them to breaching their current probation conditions by being at the address. The 34 year old was arrested and transported to police headquarters. A search following their arrest located suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine. He has been charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation, Possession of a Schedule l Substance – Methamphetamine and Possession of a Schedule l Substance – Fentanyl. ST26018332
Indecent Act
A 41 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested after police responded to reports of a person repeatedly exposing themselves to passing traffic in the area of Talbot Street and First Avenue on Monday. Officers attended and located the individual a short distance away. Charged with committing an Indecent Act and Being Intoxicated in Public, he was transported to police headquarters to be processed and was later released on an undertaking with a future court date. Warrant Arrests
A 40 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Monday, the individual attended police headquarters to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant for two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation and one count of Failure to Comply with an Undertaking. The charges stem from a September 4th investigation into contact with a person they were prohibited from communicating with under court ordered conditions. ST26018354 / ST26017115
A 30 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. While on an unrelated call for service, officers located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Uttering Threats. Once processed, he was released on an appearance notice to attend court. ST26018417 / ST26018411
Mischief
A food trailer parked at a commercial plaza on Wellington Street has been reported damaged. On Monday, the owner contacted police to report the damage, estimated at $1,400 and believed to have occurred on Sunday night. . ST26018405

St. Thomas police are investigating the report of an individual attending an area of the city they are prohibited from attending under their release conditions. ST26018407
Assault
A 64 year old St. Thomas man has been charged following a disturbance at a residence in the city on Monday.
Police responded after receiving two calls about the disturbance. Officers spoke with the victim who reported being struck in the face and pulled to the ground during an argument. Police observed injuries consistent with the reported assault.
The accused, charged with one count of Assault was arrested and subsequently released on an undertaking. ST26018412
Theft Investigations
Shortly after midnight, police received a report of a bicycle stolen from and address on Princess Avenue. The white Cannondale Quick 3 bicycle is valued at approximately $1,800. ST26018423

Possession of Stolen Property
An investigation into a vehicle entry reported on September 10th has identified a 32 year old St. Thomas woman as the person responsible. Charged with one count of Failure to Comply with Probation, two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card and one count of Theft Under $5,000, a warrant for her arrest has been requested.
