Assault Investigation Leads to Arrests

A 34 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested following an assault investigation from February. On Friday, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service after being charged with Aggravated Assault, Theft under $5,000 and two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation Order. The accused was transported to police headquarters, processed to appear in court and was remanded into custody.

Additionally, a 43 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested in relation to the investigation. Charged with Aggravated Assault, Theft under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with Probation Order he was arrested on Friday morning, processed to appear in court and was remanded into custody. ST26002825/3838/2825

Uttering Threats

A 44 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested after police were called to a disturbance at an address on the northside of the city, Friday night. Upon arrival officers learned the accused had threatened another tenant of the building during a verbal argument. Charged with one count of Uttering Threats to Cause Harm, the 44 year old was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST26003889

Warrant Arrest

A 55 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Friday, the individual attended police headquarters to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant stemming from a traffic stop in December, where he was charged with Operation while Prohibited. Once processed, he was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26003834/ST250022331

A 29 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Friday, officers on community patrol located the accused who had been charged with Theft under $5,000 and two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation Order after being identified as the person responsible in a shoplifting incident in February. She was transported to police headquarters, processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26003856/3279

Theft

A scooter, valued at $450 has been reported stolen. On Friday morning, police were contacted in regards to the theft which is reported to have occurred on February 26th from the arena. Video is available and has been provided to police. ST26003827

An amazon package valued at $80 has been reported from an address on Prince Albert Street. On Friday evening, police were called to investigate the incident that occurred at 5:00p.m. on March 5th. Video has been provided to police. ST26003850

Two cell phones have been reported stolen from an address on Wilson Avenue. On Friday, officers were called to the address after two individual taking part in a training exercise at the Armories, had their cell phones stolen. This remains under investigation. ST26003853
