Warrant Arrest – A 54 year old man was arrested on strength of a Bench Warrant held by the St. Thomas Police Service, he was transported to the Elgin County Courthouse without incident and released. ST26003406
Theft – Police are investigating the theft of a wallet containing numerous cards from a residence in the north end of the City. The incident remains under investigation. ST26003421
Fail to Comply – A 33 year old male was arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking after communicating with a female that he was on conditions not to associate with. The male was released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003434
Warrant Arrest – A 42 year old male was arrested on strength of an unendorsed Bench Warrant held by the St. Thomas Police Service. He was held in custody for a morning WASH court appearance. ST26003441
Mischief – Police are investigating the report of mischief to a vehicle. The vehicle had been parked in the driveway of a south end residence over the past month. The incident remains under investigation. ST26003443
Bail Violation – A 41 year old female was arrested for Fail to Comply with Release Order after Police received a tip that she had cut off her court-ordered ankle monitor. The female was held in custody for a morning WASH court appearance. ST26003447
Warrant arrest – A 52 year old male and a 19 year old male turned themselves in to the St. Thomas Police Service in relation to an investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigations Branch stemming from historical assault allegations. Both males were released on an Undertaking. ST26003456
Vehicle Entry – Police attended a residence in the south end of the City regarding an attempted vehicle entry. There are no suspects at this time. ST26003471
Fail to Comply – Police responded to a medical incident in the south end of the City. Through investigation, Police learned that a 53 year old male was currently breaching his Probation Order and Release Order by communicating with a 32 year old female who was also present. The male was placed under arrest and held in custody for a morning WASH court appearance. ST26003475
