Warrant Arrest – A 34 year old male attended the Police Station to turn himself in on a warrant held by St. Thomas Police for Failing to Comply with his Probation Order. He was released on an Undertaking. ST26000508

Mischief – An 18 year old male was arrested and charged with Mischief Under $5000.00 after he smashed the front window of a business located in the downtown corridor. He was released on an Undertaking. ST26000514

Warrant Arrest – A 50 year old male was arrested on strength of an outstanding warrant held by St. Thomas Police after Police responded to the report of a suspicious person. He was released on an Undertaking. ST26000519

IPV Assault – Police responded to an intimate partner violence occurrence at a downtown establishment. Through investigation, Police formed reasonable grounds for the arrest of a 39 year old male for once count of IPV assault. The male was held for a morning court appearance. ST26000538

Shoplift – Police responded to a theft reported after the fact to a retail establishment in the 1063 block of Talbot Street. Through investigation, a 37 year old female was identified and charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. A warrant for her arrest is being requested at this time. Warrant Arrest – A 31 year old female was arrested in Timmins, Ontario on the strength of an outstanding warrant held by St. Thomas Police. The warrant was executed and release documents were sent to Timmins Police Service. ST26000543

Mischief – Police responded to the report of a break and enter to a community mailbox in the south end of the City. Numerous documents were taken. Police have obtained video and this matter is currently under investigation. ST26000545

Shoplift – Police responded to a theft at a retail establishment in the 1063 block of Talbot Street. Through investigation, a 33 year old female and a 39 year old male were arrested and charged with Theft Under $5000.00. The 39 year old male was also charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking and the 33 year old female was also wanted on an endorsed bench warrant held by the St. Thomas Police. Both parties were released with a future court date. ST26000550/552

Fail to Comply – Police attended an establishment in the south end of the City and arrested a 54 year old male for breaching the conditions of his Release Order by being with a female St. Thomas resident that he was not allowed to communicate with. The male was held for a morning court appearance. ST26000554
