- Last seen wearing: blue puffy coat, long sleeve blue/ white checkered shirt, dark jeans, black slippers
Liban was reported missing on 20Nov25 and was last seen in the area of Chester St at approximately 9:10am on 20Nov25.
Family and police are concerned for Liban’s welfare.
