MISSING PERSON- UPDATE

The St Thomas Police are continuing to search for missing person Ruhirwa NZABONIMPA. Ruhirwa was reported missing on November 18, 2025. Ruhirwa last known location is in the area of Dalewood Road, at approximately 4:30am travelling northbound on foot. We are seeking assistance from the public for anyone who may have seen Ruhirwa. He was last seen wearing dark pants, brown boots, black leather coat with a grey hoodie and a fur lined hat with a brim.
