St. Thomas, ON – Wednesday September 24th, 2025
The 27 year old West Elgin resident wanted by our service in relation to an incident on the northside of the city Monday September 22nd, has been arrested.
On Tuesday, we were contacted by Elgin OPP who had the individual in custody on the strength our warrant for Assault, Assault with a Weapon and Theft under $5,000.
St. Thomas officers attended to process the individual who was later released on undertaking with a future court date. ST25017372

St. Thomas, ON – Tuesday September 23rd, 2025
A 27 year old West Elgin resident is facing charges following an incident on the northside of the city Monday afternoon.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. St. Thomas police responded to the report of an assault in progress at a residence.
The investigation determined that the accused attended the home, confronted the victim and a physical altercation occurred. During the incident, a knife was presented, resulting in injury. EMS transported the victim to hospital for treatment.
The accused is known to the victim and had left the area prior to police arrival.
As a result, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 27 year old West Elgin resident on the following charges:

Assault with a weapon

Theft under $5,000
