Failure to Comply – Breach of Recognizance 

A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with three counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order and two counts of Breach of Recognizance after we were called to a disturbance on Horton Street, Monday morning.  Just after 8:00 a.m. we were called to the area for the report of the individual at an address they are currently on conditions to not attend. A warrant for their arrest has been requested. ST25016765

Bail Violations

A 43 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Failure to Comply with Release Order and two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order after failing to adhere to release conditions put in place on September 10th 2025. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25016771

Warrant Arrests 

A 37 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday morning, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Comply with Release Order after failing to attend their court ordered probation. The individual was transported to police headquarters, processed and released with a future court date. ST25016776/16341

A 34 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday evening, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 in relation to a stolen bike investigation. At the time of their arrest, the 34 year old was in possession of the bike that had been reported stolen. The bike was recovered by police and the 34 year old was processed and released on an appearance notice with a future court date. ST25016802

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday evening, we received a notification of the location of an individual currently wanted by our service for one count of Break and Enter and one count of Assault, stemming from incidents last week. Officers attended the location provided and located the individual who was arrested and transported to police headquarters. While being processed, officers additionally charged the individual with one count of Utter Threats in relation to a call for service prior to their arrest. Mischief 

A vehicle, parked at an address in the 1200 block of Talbot Street has been reported damaged. On Monday, police were called to attend the area after the owner of the property found the vehicle covered in spray paint. This is remains under investigation. ST25016768

Vehicle Entry/Fraud 

A vehicle, parked in the 700 block of Talbot Street has been reported entered. On Monday, the victim contacted police to report their vehicle had been entered and their bank card had been used at various locations throughout the city. This remains under investigation. ST25016782

Fraud 

A local resident out nearly $6,500 after falling victim to a scam. On Monday, police were contacted to investigate the incident that occurred on September 8th. It was reported that the victim received a call from someone posing as an Amazon employee, confirming a recent purchase. Through a series of instructions followed by the victim, the caller gained access to their online banking and transferred the money. This remains under investigation. ST25016798

A local resident is out $23,000 after falling victim to a scam. On Monday, police were contacted to investigate the incident that occurred on September 12th. It was reported that the victim received a call from someone posing as a representative from the fraud department of their bank. The victim was told their debit and credit cards had been compromised and would need to be collected by a courier and new cards would be issued. The cards were collected by an unknown individual later the same day. New cards were never issued and $23,000 was fraudulently taken from their account. This remains under investigation. ST25016808

Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on Monday afternoon. It was reported that while waiting for a tow truck for their stalled vehicle, the complainant was approached by two individuals who asked if help was needed. The individuals waited with the person until the tow truck arrived. After the interaction, the complainant noticed a folder containing several pieces of identification and personal information was missing. This remains under investigation. ST25016790

St. Thomas police are looking to identify the individual in the photos below after being called to a shoplifting incident on Talbot Street, last night. The individual attended the store and failed to pay for a TV and printer with a combined value of over $650.
