St. Thomas, ON – Wednesday September 3rd, 2025
On September 2, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., St. Thomas Police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a robbery in progress at a financial institution located at 1073 Talbot Street. The calls were placed by an employee and a customer at the scene. Upon arrival, officers determined the suspects had fled the area moments before police arrived. Four males, described as Black or dark-complexioned and believed to be in their late teens to early twenties, entered the business and bound the hands of several employees. One of the suspects was observed brandishing what appeared to be a firearm. The suspects fled westbound in a silver or grey Honda CR-V parked on the south side of the business. The suspects were inside the premises for approximately five minutes, and no money or property was taken.
The investigation remains ongoing. Police are seeking public assistance in identifying the suspects.
Descriptions are as follows:
Suspect #1 – Red sweatpants, red Nike sweater, white shoes, black gloves, sunglasses, black balaclava, and armed with a firearm.
Suspect #2 – Black sweater with a logo on the left side, blue pants, black balaclava, and blue/black gloves.
Suspect #3 – Black sweater, black pants, black balaclava, white gloves, and carrying a “Scarface” bag or item.
Suspect #4 – Black sweater, blue pants, black balaclava, and blue gloves.
