Mischief
On August 23rd, we attended a north end address to investigate reports of damage to a vehicle. In the early morning hours, an unknown male had attended the address and slashed a tire on the vehicle. We are reviewing video footage in the area in hopes of identifying the suspect involved. ST25015126
Counterfeit money
We were called to a local restaurant after a customer paid for their items using a fake counterfeit $100 bill. We are reviewing video in an attempt to identify the individual involved. ST25015128
Warrant arrest
Members of the Community Resource Unit attended an encampment where they located a 45 yr old male wanted on a warrant issued for missing court. The individual was released a short time later on an appearance notice with a new court date. ST25015129
Theft
A resident in the south end contacted us to report that sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) entered their boat which was parked on the street. The individual(s) proceeded to steal a number of fishing items from inside. We are canvassing the area as we continue to investigate the incident. ST25015133
Warrant arrest from stolen vehicle investigation
While on community patrol, we located a 42 yr old male wanted on a first instance warrant in relation to a stolen vehicle investigation which began earlier in August. The male had been charged with 14 offences including:
- possession of stolen property over $5000
- Drive while prohibited x8
- Fail to comply with probation x3
- Fail to comply with undertaking x2

Mischief
We were called to a parking lot in the downtown area after an individual sitting inside their vehicle got into a verbal dispute with another party walking by. The female suspect proceeded to bang on the vehicle before slashing one of the tires. We located the suspect nearby and arrested her for one count of mischief. She was transported back to the STPS station where she was processed and released on an Undertaking with conditions. ST25015169
