Warrant Arrest
A 35 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday, while on community patrol officers located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 in relation to a shoplifting incident from last week. The 35 year old was processed and released on an appearance notice with a future court date. ST25012835
Theft
A red, townie bike valued at $400 has been reported stolen from an address on Alma Street. On Monday, we were called to the address to investigate the report of the bike being stolen at some point in the overnight hours. A photo of the bike is below. This remains under investigation. ST25012838
A package, valued at $30 has been reported stolen from an address on Queen Street. On Monday afternoon, we were called to the address to investigate the report of the theft that was captured on a ring camera. Officers are reviewing the available video in an effort to identify the person responsible. ST25012872
Mischief
Damage to a vehicle parked on Scott Street has been reported to police. On Monday, the vehicle owner contacted us to reported that when they returned to their car after parking it for the night, the tire had been damage. ST25012849

A 51 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Failure to Comply with Release Order after we were notified by their Probation Officer that they had failed to attend their court ordered program. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25012862

Stolen Vehicle
A burgundy, 2017 Dodge Caravan has been reported stolen from an address on Mitchell Street. Early this morning, police were contacted by the vehicle owners who wish to report that their van had been stolen. Just before 3:00 a.m. they reported being woken up by loud sounds outside. Once awake, they noticed their vehicle had been stolen and contacted police. A stock image of the vehicle can be seen below. This remains under investigation. ST25012895
