Arson: St. Thomas Police were called to a rural property on the city’s west side in response to a vehicle fire. Initial investigations suggest that the vehicle was intentionally set on fire, with fresh footprints found in the snow nearby. A K9 track was conducted but was unsuccessful in locating the suspect.
