St. Thomas Police arrest a 49-year-old St. Thomas resident after they called police to report their bike being stolen. Through investigation, it was discovered the individual was wanted after being captured on camera, stealing a bike, back in December of last year. A 33-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested on an outstanding warrant, when St. Thomas Police on general patrol, observe the individual out walking in a residential area. The individual was wanted for theft under x2, and failing to comply with probation x3, after being observed on video stealing packages inside a downtown apartment building. St. Thomas Police arrest a 32-year-old St. Thomas resident, after being called to the city’s west end, for an unrelated matter. It was discovered that the individual was wanted in relation to thefts from vehicles in a downtown residential parking lot, from July of 2024. A 43-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested on outstanding warrants, when St. Thomas Police on general patrol observed the individual on a bike, with no light, in a residential area just after 3am. A query of the individual revealed 4 outstanding warrants. Additional charges were laid, when a search of the individual was conducted, and break and enter tools were located. Theft
St. Thomas Police are investigating a theft from an east end business. An individual dressed all in black, was captured on camera selecting, concealing, and failing to pay for items, before leaving the store. Individual was last seen on a bike leaving the area.
