St. Thomas Police Service media release for Saturday October 12th, 2024

On the 11th day of October 2024 St. Thomas Police arrested a 35-year-old St. Thomas woman on the strength of a warrant of arrest and a 34-year-old St. Thomas man for failing to comply with his release conditions.  They were both held for a court appearance.  ST24018385.

On the 11th day of October 2024 officers arrested a 36-year-old St. Thomas man on an outstanding warrant.  The male was processed and released on a future court date.  ST24018401.

On the 11th day of October 2024 St. Thomas Police arrested a 29-year-old St. Thomas man on an outstanding warrant.  The male was released on a future court date.  ST24018402.

Later the same day a 53-year-old St. Thomas woman turned herself into police on an outstanding warrant.  The female was taken into custody, process and released on a future court date.  ST24018419.

St. Thomas Police received a complaint regarding a motor vehicle collision on First Avenue.   Police attended the scene and located a single motor vehicle that had struck two parked vehicles.  A 40-year-old St. Thomas woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.  The female performed poorly on the testing and was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and released on a future court date.    ST24018435.

On the 12th day of October 2024 police attended a report of a robbery in the area of Jonas Street.  Investigation revealed the victim was approached by the accused and threatened with violence.  The accused then stole the victim’s property.  As a result, a 19-year-old St. Thomas male is charged with robbery.  The male was arrested and held for a court appearance.  ST24018463.
