Assault 

Two St. Thomas teens have been charged with assault after police were called to a disturbance at a local park, last night. Upon arrival, officers located the individuals involved and through investigation learned a verbal argument between a group of teens had escalated resulting in one teen being physically assaulted by two people. Two, 15 year old St. Thomas residents were arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with future court dates. ST24017879

Warrant Arrests

A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after they were identified as the individual responsible for ripping plants out of the commercials planters along Talbot Street. On Thursday October 3rd 2024, officers located the individual and transported them to police headquarters where they were charged with one count of Mischief and Failure to Comply with Probation Order. The 40 year old was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24017863/ST24017801

A 45 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. Officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 after they were identified as the person responsible in a shoplifting incident that occurred in August. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST24017882
