A 37-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested on outstanding warrants held by both the St. Thomas Police Service and the London Police Service. They were released from custody on an Appearance Notice with a future court date by both agencies. (ST24017430)
Fraud:
A St. Thomas resident has fallen victim to an online employment scam, where the prospective employer requests financial “investment” from the future employee. The victim sent nearly $35,000 since February 2024. This remains under investigation by the criminal investigations branch. (ST24017443)
