Assault Investigation – 16 year old St. Thomas Student, Charged
As the result of an altercation that took place at a local high school, a 16 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested.
On Friday September 6th 2024, St. Thomas police were called by the parent of a 16 year old victim who wished to report their teen had been assaulted on school property by a former acquaintance. As a result of the assault, the victim was treated for minor injuries and a concussion.
The 16 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with one count of Assault. The individual attended police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date.
