Drug arrest
On Friday August 16th, 2024 police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a unrelated matter. During the detainment of the driver a search was conducted and located on the accused person was an illicit drug. The driver a 40 year old St. Thomas resident was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was released with a future court date. ST24014419

On Friday police received a call from the victim of a break and enter. She advised that sometime over the night someone entered a shed a took 2 dolly carts and 1 power washer. A business on Queen street in St. Thomas are reporting that on Friday August 16, 2024 someone entered the premise and took 2 auto paint spray guns. If anyone observed persons in the vicinity of the business from 13:00-17:00 please contact police or Crime stoppers. ST24014432
Vehicle entry
A vehicle was parked unlocked on Talbot Street in St. Thomas between midnight and 8:30am. The vehicle was entered and property was taken from the vehicle which valued $2800. Please make sure that your vehicle is secured prior to leaving it unattended for extended periods of time. ST24014473
Sexual Assault and Mischief
A male turned himself into police for sexual assault and mischief. The 29 year old St. Thomas male was arrested and processed. The male was released with a future court date. ST24014475
