Warrant arrest
On July 12th 2024, STPS Officers were dealing with unwanted parties at a west end address when they learned the male party they were speaking with was wanted out of London on an outstanding warrant. The male was subsequently arrested and released on documents from London Police Service. ST24011890
Intimate partner violence
STPS Officers were called to investigate an incident where 2 parties got into a heated argument which turned physical. The victim suffered minor injuries which did not require medical attention. A 38 yr old London resident was subsequently arrested & charged with 2 counts of spousal assault, before being transported to STPS station for processing. The accused was later released on conditions with a future court date. ST24011922
Later on, Police were contacted after a resident had returned home to find her ex inside her apartment. The ex was on conditions not to be around or communicate with the resident. A short altercation ensued before the ex left on foot. No injuries were reported by the victim. Police now have grounds for a 32 yr old male for break & enter, assault and breach probation x2.
