Assault 

Two St. Thomas neighbours have been charged with Assault after St. Thomas Police were called to investigate an incident that occurred in a neighbourhood in the north end of the city. On Monday September 11th, 2023 police attended the address of complaint to investigate the incident which reportedly began over a fire that had been started in the area. Conversations between the neighbours escalated and resulted in property being thrown and a physical altercation. After speaking to the parties involved, police formed grounds to charge both neighbours. A 28 year old St. Thomas resident has been charge with one count Assault with a Weapon and a 32 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Assault. ST23016193

Theft – Looking to ID 

A total of $30 in various grocery items were reported stolen from a downtown grocery store. On Monday September 11th 2023, STPS were called to the store to investigate the theft. A suspect was captured on video leaving the store wearing a grey t-shirt, grey shorts, converse shoes and a ball cap. Police are looking to identify the individual seen here:
