Dog owner charged
A 46 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged under the Dog Owners Liability Act. On Tuesday June 14th, 2023 St. Thomas police were called to investigate an incident that occurred between a dog and its owner, known to be on conditions due to previous incidents earlier this year. As a result, the owner of the dog is charged with one count of Failing to Comply with Court Order. ST23010282
Stolen bikes
A bike has been reported stolen from an address on Edward Street. The bike is described as a 24 inch Supercycle bike with a sparkly blue frame. The owner of the bike reports it being locked to a telephone pole with a for sale sign attached, reported stolen after 11:00 p.m. on June 12th. ST23010266
A bike has been reported stolen from an address on Jackson Street. The bike is described as a 24 speed, black and green Bear mountain bike. It was locked outside of the owners residence and reported stolen between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon on June 13th. ST23010289
