Warrant Arrest/ Fail to Comply
On Saturday night police were called to a business on Elm St for two unwanted parties. Employees suspected the males were intending to shoplift. Police arrived and located the two males inside the store. One of the males was found to be breaching his curfew condition. The same male was also wanted on a first instance warrant for Fail to Comply with Release Order. The 39 year old was arrested without incident and transported to the police station where he was lodged in cells to await morning court. ^4756
Assault with a Weapon
Early Sunday morning police responded to a south end residence for reports of a female with a knife. Police attended and as a result of the investigation, formed grounds to charge the female with Assault with a Weapon. The 29 year old female was arrested without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building where she was processed and later released with a future court date. ^4761
