On 06Jan/23 at approximately 7:30am police attended an address off of Talbot Street regarding a male attempting to break into vehicles. Upon arrival, police arrested and charged 34-year-old Stephen Roach with two counts of failing to comply with his release order and one count of breaching a condition of his probation order. This male was held in police custody and later released by the courts.
On 06Jan/23 at approximately 1:45pm, 50-year-old Donald Cummings attended the St. Thomas Police station and turned himself in as he was wanted on an arrest warrant. This male was later released by police with a court date and conditions.
On 06Jan/23 at approximately 1:55pm, a 20-year-old male attended the St. Thomas Police station and turned himself in as he was wanted on reasonable grounds. This male was later released with a future court date and conditions.
On 06Jan/23 at approximately 4:45pm, 42-year-old Chris Doxtator was arrest by St. Thomas Police officers on Talbot Street for breaching a conditional sentence order. This male was held for court and later remanded to Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre by the courts.
On 07Jan/23 at approximately 3am, St. Thomas Police officers attended a residence on Highview Drive regarding a loud fight. Upon arrival police located and arrested and charged 40-year-old Robert Forsyth with three counts of breaching his probation order. This male was later released with a future court date and conditions.
