A 50 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for Mischief after they were identified as the person responsible for causing damage to CCTV cameras at a location downtown last week. The St. Thomas resident was processed on the charges and was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST23019578
36 year old Dillion Churchill has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, Churchill attended police headquarters to himself in on several outstanding warrants stemming from incidents over the last year. A 30 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with our service for Theft under $5,000, Break and enter and Failure to comply with probation order. 43 year old Sara Beer has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, officers on community patrol located Beer in the downtown core. She was placed under arrest on the strength of an outstanding warrant for Assault causing bodily harm after she was identified as one of the individuals responsible in an altercation that took place in the early morning hours of Sunday November 5th 2023. Beer was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and remanded into custody. ST23019602

Assault
A 48 year old St. Thomas resident is wanted by police. On Monday November 6th 2023, STPS were called to investigate an incident of assault that occurred between two parties, known to each other. Upon arrival, police learned the victim had been assaulted with a weapon and required medical attention. Police formed grounds to charge the 48 year old suspect with Assault and Assault with a Weapon. ST23019580
A 36 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, St. Thomas police were called to a disturbance at an address on Wellington Street. Through investigation it was learned that an altercation between two parties known to each other had escalated and resulted in the 36 year old assaulting the victim. The St. Thomas resident was arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed on the charges and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST23019611
A 44 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday November 6th 2023, just after 7 p.m. St. Thomas police were called to an address on Parkside Drive to investigate the report of an assault. Upon arrival, police located the victim and took the suspect into custody. As a result, a 44 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Assault. The individual was transported to police headquarters to be processed and was held for court. ST23019614
Theft
St. Thomas police are investigating a theft that occurred at a grocery store on Talbot Street. On Monday November 6th 2023, police were called to the store by an employee who reported an unknown person entered the store and filled a basket with grocery items. The suspect then went into the bathroom and concealed the items in a backpack before leaving the store, making no attempt to pay. Police are currently reviewing video of the incident in an attempt to identify the suspect. This remains under investigation. ST23019570
