Vehicle entry, medication stolen
A purse containing personal medication and prescriptions has been reported stolen. St. Thomas Police were called by the victim who reports their vehicle had been entered in the overnight hours of Sunday April 23rd, 2023. Missing was the victims purse containing a purple pouch with medication. The purse has since been found, however the medication is still outstanding. STPS continue to investigate. ST23006717
Stunt bike, stolen
A adult stunt bike has been reported stolen from a St. George Street address. On Monday April 24th, 2023 St. Thomas were called to the address to investigate the theft. Police learned the bike had been stolen from the front porch at approximately 1:45 a.m. Video surveillance from the area is being reviewed as STPS continues to investigate. ST23006718
Vehicle entry leads to fraud investigation
A vehicle entry reported to St. Thomas Police in March of 2023, has led to a fraud investigation. STPS has since learned that the victims identification and personal information was used to file a tax return. The victim, while filing their personal income tax for the year was informed that their taxes had already been submitted. This remains under investigation. ST23003849/ST23006744
