Warrant Arrests
A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. The individual, wanted by police for one count of Mischief stemming from an incident on the weekend, was located at a downtown address on Wednesday September 11th. The 40 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24016283
A 57 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday September 11th 2024, court officers were dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter when they became aware of an outstanding warrant with our service stemming from an incident in December of 2023. The individual was processed and released with a future court date. ST24016303
Mischief
A 42 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday September 11th 2024, police were called to an address on Ross Street to investigate the report of altercation between two individuals. Upon arrival, officers learned a verbal argument had escalated resulting in damage to the residence. As a result, the 42 year old was charged with one count of Mischief. The individual was located a short distance away and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24016299
Assault
A 20 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. Just before midnight on Wednesday September 11th 2024, officers were called to an area on the southside of the city after the victim contacted police to report that a verbal altercation between them and their partner, had escalated resulting in injury. Upon police arrival, damage to the interior of a vehicle was observed and it was learned the victim had been physically assaulted, sustaining minor injury. As a result, the 20 year old accused was charged with one count of Mischief and one count of Assault. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24016329
