Break and Enter
A 19 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to investigate a break and enter incident. Just before 6:00 a.m. on Thursday July 18th, officers attended an address on Jackson Street after being called by a concerned neighbour in regards to a property in the area being enter and a bike being stolen. Upon arrival, police located the suspect with the bike. Through investigation, it was learned the 19 year old was wanted by our service on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 in relation to an incident in June. The individual was transported police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24012293/2294
A 22 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after an ongoing investigation into an unwanted person. The individual had been previously charged with Trespass at Night, Unlawfully in a Dwelling, Mischief and Failure to Comply with Undertaking. On Thursday July 18th 2024, STPS were contacted in regards to the individual attending an address they were on conditions not to attend, trying to gain entry. Police located the 22 year old who was additionally charged with Break and Enter. Warrant Arrests
A 25 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to investigate a suspicious person in a southwest neighbourhood. Officers attended the area and located an individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with our service Failure to Comply with Release Order, stemming from an incident in June. The 25 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an appearance notice. ST24012324
A 47 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after attending police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for Assault with a Weapon, stemming from an incident in May. The individual was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24012339
A 56 year old St. Thomas resident, wanted by our service on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000, was arrested by London Police. On Thursday July 18th 2024, the individual was transported to St. Thomas police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24012346
