Break and Enter
St. Thomas Police investigate a Break and Enter into a North end business. Suspect/s gained access to the electrical panel, and welding wire, after cutting the lock off the door. Copper wire was left behind inside the business. The incident is still under investigation. ST24010796
Arrest
A 31-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested for possession of stolen property, after the victim reported an e-bike stolen from a north end residence on the 19th of June. The -bike was located by members on patrol, leading to the arrest of the suspect. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters and released on an undertaking. ST24010351, ST24010802.
Theft
St. Thomas Police attend a downtown business for a theft. A victim reports machinery on the property was rendered inoperable when two suspects attended and stole the battery. CCTV is being reviewed. The incident is still under investigation. ST24010803
Intimate Partner Violence
A 25-year-old St. Thomas resident has been arrested for spousal assault after St. Thomas Police were called to a south end residence, for a report of a domestic dispute. The victim reported that a verbal altercation with their partner turned physical. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released on an undertaking with conditions.
