Warrant Arrests

A 61-year-old London resident was arrested on the strength of a warrant, stemming from a police investigation initiated in February of this year. Care providers had noticed money missing from client’s bank accounts. Through the investigation it was determined that the victims both had the same worker on the days the funds went missing. The individual responsible for the transactions attended the station to turn themselves in on a warrant for theft under $5000. The individual was processed at Police Headquarters and released with a future court date. ST25002302, ST25004141.

A 30-year-old St. Thomas resident attended the Police Station to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for Theft Under $5000, and for Breaching a Recognizance. The warrant stemming from an incident reported earlier this month. The individual was arrested, processed, and released from Police Headquarters with a future court date. ST25003806, ST25004179.

Fail to Comply

St. Thomas Police were called to a downtown business, when an individual, known to the complainant was loitering on the property. The individual had been trespassed and was also on conditions to not attend that location. Upon arrival, officers located, arrested and charged the 28-year-old St. Thomas resident for failing to comply with a probation order x2, and under the Trespass to Property Act. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters for processing and held for a morning court appearance, as the individual was on numerous outstanding charges for similar offences. ST25004164.
