Warrant Arrest

Police arrested a 72-year-old St. Thomas man on Friday morning. The man attended the police station to turn himself in on an outstanding bench warrant for Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, Flight from Police, and Mischief Under $5000. The male was released with a future court date.  ^ST24020785

Shoplift

On Thursday evening two males attended a local business in the 1000 block of Talbot St. The males filled a shopping cart with approximately $1500 worth of clothing and household items before leaving without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. Police are reviewing video of the theft. ^ST24020793

Bicycle Theft

On Tuesday afternoon, a chrome CCM men’s mountain bike was stolen from outside a business on Wellington St. The thief cut the lock and rode away on the bicycle. Police are reviewing video of the incident. ^ST24020804

Break and Enter

Sometime during the day on Friday, an unknown person entered an unlocked apartment near the downtown core and stole an Xbox gaming console and controller. Weapons/ Threats

Police are investigating after two St Thomas youths reported being threatened with a knife by another youth while at a public venue. The youths were not injured during the incident. ^ST24020835
